I've contacted you already with your other 1 star review about the same problem. I've contacted la Poste and they told me they'd get in touch with me very soon. It's Christmas time so they are probably busy. You may not have mention it but I'm not the one responsible for the situation but La Poste Is and I'm doing my best for you to have your order. I'll send you a proof that I'm in touch with them so that hopefully you can remove this review even if you want to let the other one until it's fully done.
