Where are we located ?

Where are we shipping to ?

We ship all over the world !

 

How much is the shipping ?

- Tracked shipping in France is 3.99€

- International tracked shipping is 7.40€

*Please note that you'll receive the tracking number of your order when your order is prepared and ready to go !

 

Do we combine shipping ?

Yes. If you have placed a first order and second one later we will automatically refund shipping costs when preparing orders. Note that if you order is already prepared and you have already received your tracking number, it will not be possible to combine orders. You can still contact us to see if it's possible.

 

When are we shipping orders ?

We ship all orders every monday and tuesday depending on how much orders we have to deal with !

 

How about the returns ?

We do not take returns, but we can send you a replacement part if :

- The item you've received is not the one you've ordered.
- Threre is a problem with the item you've received.

In this two cases we will ask you a picture of the items and the proof of your order. You'll not have to pay for the shipping in these cases.

 

I changed my mind, can I get a refund ?

You can not receive a refund if your order has already being prepared by us. If your order is not prepared, you can ask for a refund but please note that shipping may not be refund.
